Shipping:
All domestic orders received on business days by 3:00PM EST (12:00PM EST for international) and on Saturdays by 2:00PM EST (except international which will be shipped the following business day) are processed and shipped out the same day.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has shipped, delivery status and tracking updates are managed by the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx).
If your order is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance in locating your package.
If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, please file a theft report with your local police department and provide the carrier with your report number.
StinkBalm is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery.

Customs, taxes, duties, and any fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders returned to us due to nonpayment of these charges will not be eligible for a refund.

- In the event that your order has already been shipped, simply refuse delivery and upon return receipt a full refund will be issued.
Returns:
- 30 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at info@stinkbalmodorblocker.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
- If we request the order to be returned to us, the return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
